 Client satisfaction is our #1 priority. We work very hard to please all clients. We've been known to work into the wee hours of the morning to meet strict deadlines. We've even been known to put many extra hours of work into projects (without pay) to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied.
In the very rare event that you are not satisfied with the service you receive from The Nifty Studio. You may cancel your contract. It must be submitted in writing. But please be aware that we can NOT offer refunds of any kind. Even before actual graphic work begins on your project, we have time invested into it. Time that we must be compensated for. Our time is very valuable.
If a contract is canceled, ownership of ALL artwork, layouts and development on a client's project will remain with The Nifty Studio and will NOT under any circumstances be transferred to the client.
