of our Nifty Shoppes website templates are considered shareware. This license
grants you USE of the template, it does not grant you OWNERSHIP of the
template. The template includes all graphics, coding, photos and text included
with the purchase.
- You may use the website template on ONE website
only. You may not use any backgrounds, graphics or coding on any
other website or blog without prior written consent from The Nifty Studio. You
must purchase additional licenses to use a template on more than one
website.
- You may NOT alter the graphics or coding in any way.
- The copyright and link back to The Nifty Studio must remain in tact and unaltered on the website template.
- You may NOT redistribute, reproduce or sell any of The Nifty Studio's copyrighted material.
- You may use our premade website templates on your personal or business website.
- You may only use print design files for the intended use. You may not use the files to create new graphics for use online or products to print.
- We do not release any of our layered or .PSD files for our Nifty Shoppes.
