During this stage of the project we'll do all the initial planning and prep for your project.
First, we'll set you up with an account to our online billing and account manager (Freshbooks). This will allow you to view all invoices and make payments. You can also print out invoices for tax purposes.
We'll also set you up an account with our online project manager (Basecamp). We'll load the contract for you to review and print along with all documents needed to help with the planning of your project.
After your deposit is paid and the contract is returned we'll assist you in setting up your domain name and hosting account (if needed and included with your package).
Once your hosting account is ready we'll schedule a phone tutorial. This tutorial will walk you through entering your content. This will allow you time to become familiar with content entry before your website goes live.
During this stage we'll work closely together on the design aspects of your project. We ask for your approval each step of the way to make sure you are completely satisfied with the direction of the project.
After the 2nd payment is made, all questionnaires and requested items are returned we can get started on the design portion of your project.
We'll start with the logo design (if included).
After you sign off on the logo design we move on to the mockups for the layout and design of your website.
We'll go through all the necessary revisions until you are completely happy.
Once you sign off on the website mockup it will be time to make your 3rd and final payment. At this time we'll release the copyright and intellectual property of all images to you.
During this final stage we'll get everything loaded on your hosting account and prepare your website for launch!
After the final payment is made, we'll schedule your installation. We must have all requested information (products, copy for pages.. etc.) before we can add you to our schedule.
We'll work on the coding and any extra programming for your website.
Then we'll install to your hosting account.
We'll add your products (if included) and set up all your information pages.
Your shopping cart will be set up (if included).
We'll also work on your print designs (if included) and web banner ads (if included).
The last step is your blog and mailing list set up (if included).
Your 2nd phone tutorial will be scheduled to walk you through the administrative functions (if included).
After all this is completed... it's time to go LIVE!
